Program Management

  1. Led the outsourcing initiative for a global Financial Services firm. Set up the Transformation program office and defined the process infrastructure required to migrate work to Bangalore and Manila. This initiative delivered $35M in annual run rate savings
  2. Restructured the IT function for a large retail bank in the Philippines as part of a larger turn around initiative. Defined a smart sourcing strategy, updated the core banking system, and helped with the recruitment of a new CIO. 

Improving Sales Effectiveness

  1. Led the turnaround of a large client where customer satisfaction levels were low. Implemented a transparent, pragmatic turn around plan that had the buy in of the client CIO and senior IT leaders
  2.  Managed large account relationships and delivered business growth even through difficult times (e.g. financial crisis). Very effective in building trusted relationships at all levels in the organization. Solid executive presence. 

Building New Capability

  1. Set up consulting practices multiple times from scratch – writing the business and marketing plans, service offer definition, hiring leadership team, and business development
  2. Moved to Singapore with McKinsey to help open the first business technology office in SE Asia, hired consultants and developed client relationships in the region
